A Personal Message from your President

Greetings Neighbors and Supporters,

Tonight is going to be a very special night for two very important reasons. Tonight is Election night, and this is when you decide who you want to lead your community. It is important to express your right to vote as a citizen, because it shows you care and gives you a voice to decide what takes place in your neighborhood.

The next important thing is the launch of our new “MorningSide Block Club Blitz Rally”! The Board of Directors has worked tirelessly to develop a strategic plan to make MorningSide a safe, clean, and attractive community. The launching of this new idea will bring back accountability to neighbors, rally new volunteers, allow a documented tracking system for each street in MorningSide, and also begin Phase II; Code enforcements. I need you there so you can hear how you are a very important factor to change coming.

We are expecting a large turn-out tonight and over 200 volunteers are needed in order for our plan to be successful. This is not a difficult task to accomplish because here in MorningSide we have over 5000+ neighbors. We need you to show support to your neighborhood community organization and want you to be a part.

Your City Council President, Charles Pugh along with his colleagues, Councilwoman Saunteel Jenkins, and Councilman Kwame Kenyatta has confirmed. They have bought into our plan and are coming to show support to the vision we have set for MorningSide‘s future. Don’t let them come and your not there.

MorningSide is a community on the rise and apart of the global market for investors in real estate. The world is watching us and we must be prepared for the shift getting ready to take place in our community. It’s an exciting time and I want to see you tonight!

Come out and bring a neighbor with you! We are excited about what is taking place in our community, and I want to personally invite you to join us. I look forward to seeing you there!!!!!!!!!

Light refreshments will be served starting @ 6:30. The meeting will start promptly @ 7PM!!!!!!!!!!

Respectfully Yours,

Kelley A. Marks
