MorningSide homes
The community is comprised of about 4,900 homes, mostly single-family. Most of the homes are older construction from the 1920′s and 1930′s.
A portion of MorningSide has been redeveloped with newer homes thanks to the efforts of Habitat for Humanity and U-Snap-Bac Community Development Corporation. MorningSide is truly a community on the rise!
There are also numerous churches, schools and businesses in the community.
